The equipment operates within a temperature range of -45°C to 65°C, with a maximum vacuum of less than 15 Pa. Constructed from food-grade 316 stainless steel, it features a high-efficiency -70°C cold trap and a precise temperature control system (±0.8°C). Its unique multi-stage gradient drying technology automatically adjusts parameters based on the characteristics of the fruit, ensuring optimal drying results for a wide range of fruits, including strawberries, mangoes, and bananas.

This equipment preserves the integrity of fruit slices, achieving over 95% of the vibrant color of fresh fruit, over 85% vitamin C retention, and excellent rehydration performance. It is particularly suitable for the production of high-end dried fruit, infant food, and nutritional meal replacement products. The dried fruit has a shelf life of up to 2-3 years, and no preservatives are required, making it an ideal choice for producing natural and healthy fruit products.
